Composed 2012. Cream is scored for four electric guitars. In composing Cream, I was interested in giving my stretched out melodies and slowly progressing harmonies time and space to flow. I wanted to create a contemplative atmosphere in which listeners can concentrate on the evolving timbres of the notes as they build and decay.

impressions|expressions is a collaboratively composed piece by kite•string (Sarah O’Halloran and Margaret Schedel).
